4.  Signed Refund Policy and Insurance Information (included in Program Application)
5. Resume, Digital Photo, Biographical Summary

After you are accepted you will receive the Study Trip Acceptance Packet and will need to complete this and return.

The balance of the trip cost in the amount of $5,450 is due on March 1, 2009
